Summary: Queue members on same IAX peer have same "in use"
status
Description:
In a queue where members are all dialed via the same IAX peer, their
statuses move in parallel. That is, when only one of the members is being
dialed, all show "ringing". When only one has answered, all show "in use"
and no further calls proceed.

this is "expected" behavior in the current version of app_queue even though
it may not be ideal for the given situation.
