Summary:                    Queue members on same IAX peer have same "in use"
status
Description: 
In a queue where members are all dialed via the same IAX peer, their
statuses move in parallel. That is, when only one of the members is being
dialed, all show "ringing". When only one has answered, all show "in use"
and no further calls proceed.

This is probably "normal" behavior in the sense that the state is
registered on the peer itself and is incapable of keeping track of all the
multiple diff calls through the peer that may be happening at the time. We
would need state machine improvements in order to change this.
