First of delete lines
CFLAGS+=-DUSE_SWI
CFLAGS+= -DPOLLING -DDEVICE_POLLING	
from wcfxs/Makefile. Using software interrupts was a bad idea.

If clicks remain try to change PCI slot to another one. And send
your vmstat -i output, please.
