[Asterisk-bsd] Several warning messages

1&2 - you need a zaptel timing device like a digium card or the pusdo digium
timing device.
      Rename /usr/local/etc/rc.d/zaptel.sh.sample to
/usr/local/etc/rc.d/zaptel.sh
      and run it with /usr/local/etc/rc.d/zaptel.sh start
      that should fix your problem (may need to reload asterisk)
3   - Your hostname doesn't resolve to an IP. Check your DNS.
4.  - No idea.
5.  - mpeg123 problem. Use another media player for music on hold (There is
another popular player
	for this but I can't remember its name, do a search)

Several warning messages appears when Asterisk v1.0.7 starts. They are
following:

Apr 20 17:35:24 WARNING[444] chan_skinny.c: Unable to get our IP address,
Skinny disabled
Apr 20 17:35:24 WARNING[444] chan_oss.c: Read error on sound device:
Resource temporarily unavailable
Apr 20 17:35:26 NOTICE[444] res_musiconhold.c: Request to schedule in the
past?!?!

Please help me to understand what means each of these messages and how
to eliminate them.
