Hi Denis,
Advice: 1. Ask for Bank Guarantee for substantial amount 2. See if they
can offer terms to you , if not then be guided by that old adage - "You
see yourself in shaving mirror".
Directors of the companies can be pursued personally under civil as well
as penal code for wrongful trading.
