Not in the US they can't... unless you can prove actual
wrongdoing (i.e. they faked/counterfeit bank guarantees or
other such measures to get you to extend credit you otherwise
would not have) - this isn't criminal - it's civil and will
simply be treated as an unpaid bill. If you extended credit
based on good faith and they simply didn't pay the bill and
say they just don't have money to pay the bills there's really
nothing you can do about it on the criminal level.

You'll be able to get a judgement against the company - but
not against the owners. And a judgement against the company
is as good as toilet paper considering they're obviously not
in good financial standing, and there's no property to seize
anyway. You'd be wasting your time and money going after them.

Welcome to the US (lack of) legal system... It's easy to sue,
it's easy to win, GOOD LUCK collecting....
