[asterisk-biz] Sim to Dial

You go thru the mobile network, but instead of paying them $5 a minute for
an international call, the dialer takes over and calls a local number which
is setup as an access number to a pinless calling card application.
So then you pay only for a local call, plus the low cost of a VoIP
international call.
