[asterisk-biz] Sim to Dial

This looks exciting, does anyone knows how the dialer  system works ?

I am particularly interested in the call setup and termination without going
through the mobile network.

Anyone could recommend a SIM producer who can provide something similar to
http://www.sim2dial.com/Clients/MySim2Dial.aspx?mode=topup ?

The SIM is added to the GSM phone SIM. 

When customer dials 00 , SIM calls the access number, than passes the number
to the system.....

Any recommendations?
