Also, if you are trying to compare it with "FREE" then yes it's expensive.
If you are comparing it to Cisco, Avaya, Nortel Etc then it's very
reasonable.
We have installed 20 Asterisk based call centers in the lat 18 months.
Products are an important part of the solution for certain. Experience in
the implementation is key to success. Once you find the right product then
find the right implementation team. Then you have a very good shot at
meeting expectations.
