[asterisk-biz] Anybody know how to get a response from SellVoIP.net?

Semantics.  Refund is a general term for getting ones money back.  A payment
via paypal was all that was required.  Insisting on using the "Refund"
process of Paypal is just another sorry excuse.  As far as I can tell you
aren't even a Paypal user any more.

Rationalize all you want, but the fact remains that you are holding the
money of a disatisfied customer and aren't returning it.  This should be
known by any potential customer of your company whether it's $20 or $20,000.

As for my address?  You had it when I signed up.

 The ATG has closed their case.  You are under no requirement by them.  In
fact, you never responded to their repeated attempts to discuss the matter.
So, why don't you address why you are still holding my money?
