Traceroutes from your PC to the server would help.

Bandwidth tests to prove that your connection actually has the throughput it
claims (most of the time they don't).

Some information on your browsing platform such as OS, browser, flash
plugin, etc.

Geez, I thought I did give the best diagnoses I could - choppy with only 
3 users - what else can I say?  Maybe have more people test from their 
location and report back, but for me, no joy.  If I knew how to fix it, 
I certainly would have said so.
It might work perfectly at your location, and if that's your goal, then 
fine - But it was a general announcement to the (world) public, so I 
suspect you wanted the (would) public to use it, not just the people in 
your geographic location.  Further, that you would like to be notified 
if there were issues.  There was, and I did - sorry
