Hi Rene, just a quick update.

You can run all instances with the same account. We tested this today  
and it works. So installation is a little bit less complicated.

Regarding your dialplan questions, you can either call your skype  
buddies directly from your softphone or you will have to map in your  
dialplan a certain dial string with the skype user you are trying to  
reach.
