Sure.

Not to my knowledge. When a lemonade stand buys from another lemonade 
stand, usually there isn't enough sugar on either side to pay for the 
lawyers.

You can sue for a host of different reasons (breach of contract primary).  
However, I doubt that if (as rumored) your providers' service was
terminated for nonpayment, you will be able to recover anything from this
provider (or their parents as the case may be).

I think the answer is obvious.
