Thanks for the info everyone. If I'm currently purchasing DID's at 7.95
per month on a fully compliance system than the price seems good. So is
it safe to assume that if you see DID's for sale for 1.00 that there
probably not compliant.

to be compliant all you have to do is not offer bi-directional traffic
(there are other ways there are 4 requirements and all 4 must be met to
be mandated to do e911).

If they sell a did and no outbound to pstn traffic they are fcc
compliant.

If they sell outbound and no inbound they are also compliant.
