Jean and rest of the list,

My humble apologies. As we do have a large number of call center clients,
our ASR for CC traffic and Normal traffic is very different. As a result I
mistakenly resorted to taking out the user cancelled and user busy out of
the equation and only considered calls that actually fail which was very
much less than 5%

My apologies to all. I completely understand your point of view.
