Hello,

Does anyone know of a Vonage style provider who allows you to bring
your own hardware?  Either SIP or IAX is fine.  This is for personal /
residential usage.  Ideally the provider shoud accept phone number
ports.

I'm stuck abroad and my Vonage ATA failed. They refuse send devices
internationally and won't provide settings for use with 3rd party
hardware.
