[asterisk-biz] I am a prisoner of vonage

Maybe I am a victim of "profiling"? I had service for about 18 months. I
think my average usage was only about 1200 minutes a month for the
"unlimited" portion. I had some rather high bills for international
usage and never requested any call credits. It could be that such a
profile mandates a call from somebody that tries to save profitable
accounts.

I had AT&T Callvantage service for several months. They had some serious
technical and support issues. Every month I called to cancel and they
gave me another free month. It took them about 6 months to finally
decide that I was never going to be a happy paying customer.
