[asterisk-biz] I am a prisoner of vonage

I don't recall having this problem when I turned off my Vonage more than
a year ago. Perhaps my credit card expired at just the right time.
There are a few other companies I will never go back to because of such
experiences, however. In one case, the issue was finally resolved when
I sent registered mail to the corporate headquarters. It was a public
company, so I obtained the address from their 10-K.
