I know that they own a fiber from France to the US (used for IP traffic)...
And I guess they host some of their POTS gateway in the USA... Correct me if
I'm wrong, but in this scenario, they peer locally for US calls and pay
local call price instead of international call price...

I do not work neither own stocks from this company... But I'm one of their
customer...

It's called the law of averages..  I'm sure these larger providers are
paying almost nothing per minute..

.009 would probably be on the higher end and roughly speaking how many
people do you know that uses more than 3000 minutes a month..  If I'm wrong
someone correct me.. There are providers doing this in the US as well..
vonage, packet8 and others..
