For one I believe it is unlimited SkypeOut. If you want SkypeIn, you
will need to purchase a DID @ $2.99/per month. When you add that into
the mix, it is not really that great of a deal for the typical
residential users.

I don't use Skype, nor do I intend to.  However, does anyone know of any
gotchas in addition to general Skype behavior of the new $30 annual
unlimited plan?  How can a $25 or $30 a month unlimited plan compete
with that?
