Ok, let's separate the toll-free issue from the number porting issue. 
Is there a vendor that will provide a (new) toll-free number whereby 
calls arrive on an existing DID number (on my existing PRI)?  Because of 
voice recognition, I require uLaw (no compression) from the calling 
telephone to my system.
