Am I allowed to ask you if you've stopped beating your wife?  ;-)

I just signed up with a provider that I suspect specifies similar TOS, 
and I admit that I didn't read the contract carefully.

Now, I wonder what remedy they could be entitled to if I violated that 
clause in their contract of adherence.  ??
