[Asterisk-biz] Can anyone recommend a good billing software tointerface with Asterisk?

It was my understanding that you called Agileco complaining the night of
AgileVoice's release. At that time, AgileVoice in no shape or form
competed with your product (read: it did not support prepaid) At some
point later, you called Agileco demanding a fix price on AgileBill which
was lower than your current price (which is lower than the retail
price.) Agileco did not want to agree with that situation, as they
already were giving you the best price they could. So since you
basically showed that you didn't want to continue the partnership,
Agileco went a different direction. AgileBill has limited support, per
their website, unless you are paying for a support contract. This is
known up front. When your paying hardly anything for a billing system,
do you expect endless free support? I think the support they give is
ample, for the price your paying.
