We can do the same pricing for LATA's 552,560 in Texas and LATA's 722,730,732 in California. We have a 100,000 minutes minimum per month, the 100,000 minutes do not have to be to those LATA's they can be anywhere in the US 48 where we average .001 for roughly 75% of the US. Rate for 100,000 minutes is .005/minute.  No monthly minimum but minimum
purchase is 100,000 minutes (1 year expiration).  PRIs are from XO
Communications.  Last 12 months stats on availability on those are about
99.998% uptime.
