music on hold and iax trunking need at least the ztdummy driver
installed.  Is this still true for iax trunking?  moh worked without
ztdummy but logs a bunch of errors.

How did you compile ztdummy?  From inside the uml?

I've been happy with jvds.com using uml's for other uses.  I've used
my own uml's for testing asterisk too.
