Hi:

They have no problems selling them. The only question is for how much.
They are offering discounts to the large purchasers like Vonage and the ISP
world. Everyone else pays the higher price which is more profit to Sipura.

I personally think that Cisco came to Sipura with a large amount of CASH and
made this deal because they knew that Sipura needed money. Sipura was
insane to sign this deal and from what I hear they are looking for a way out
of the deal.

If you noticed no one is buying the Cisco ATA 186 anymore. Who would pay
those prices?

You are correct to many people like to sue sue sue.

Sounds a little stupid... They should be happy to sell the product to ANYONE
and EVERYONE. If I were a member of the board of any of these companies I
would be pissed if we were to limit our markets to just ISP's. Hell lets
SELL TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE that's willing to PAY. Isn't that what business
is about? (sales) Oh well maybe not these days... Today's business practice
is SUE SUE SUE.
