As I understand it --- random residential DSL user who installs
plutohome on a spare box might want to route their calls this way,
and claim their own telephone number.
Yes, I know about various alternate enum systems. They would seem to
be the better solution. I think it was the original version of the
pulver one that called you and told you your password...
