[astridevcon-2007] Georgia Tech Hotel Reservation Information for the Asterisk Developer's Conference

We are excited that you are coming to Atlanta for the Asterisk Developer's Conference. I'm Ellen Martin and I'm Digium's Travel Coordinator. Kevin's asked me to assist him in putting together the lodging for this exciting event.

We are holding a block of rooms at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center. I understand its just a very short walk to the site of our conference, and is only a couple of blocks from Atlanta's subway system (MARTA). We have a special rate of $169.00 a night plus tax beginning Monday, May 21st for five nights. If you want to come early or stay an extra day or two, I'm happy to try to make those reservations, but the hotel may be at a higher rate if its available for the extra nights.

In order to get the special rate, I encourage everyone to contact me as soon as possible so that I may put you on the rooming list.  I will need a major credit card number and expiration date in order to make the reservation. You may call me with that information or email to me if you prefer to send it in that manner. Once I have made your reservation, I'll email you to let you know that your room is confirmed. A few days before the event, I will email you the actual confirmation number.

I must have all names and credit card information in to the hotel by APRIL 11th. ( I will be out of the office for a couple of days after that and will miss the deadline if I don't have this wrapped up before I leave town).

If you would like to try to save some $$, please let me know if you would be willing to share a room with someone or if there's a particular person that has agreed to share a room with you.
