I haven't used my snom in a few years but Polycom, Yealink, Cisco SPA series, Grandtream and I think snom have settings to define the call pickup code used by your PBX. I always set that and haven't any issues with call pick over chan_pjsip. I'd suggest setting it in the phones and see if that helps with your pickup issue.

I found it on Snom phones with current firmware and also on Yealink
phones. But it may be configurable on these phones. I'll check this
first.
