Show us. The error you're receiving specifically states that it can't find
a matching peer. A lot of times this is caused by just a simple typo in a
file somewhere.

Again, the information in your extensions.conf file has nothing to do with
the end point registration.
Try this as a troubleshooting step - turn on sip debugging and attempt to
register both phones. Then compare the two registration attempts and see
what's different. If you decide to share anything back on this email,
please be sure to post everything (except for passwords). It's the best way
we can help you.

'core stop now' from the asterisk console. Then start the service again
from the command line.
