yes xxx are numbers (not real letters x), it's just 'obfuscation' and<br>
anyway it's easier to recognize them by the first few digits.<br>

And I don't understand why it would work for one phone and not the<br>
other one when the configuration is the same.<br></blockquote><div><br>Again, the information in your extensions.conf file has nothing to do with the end point registration.<br><br>Try this as a troubleshooting step - turn on sip debugging and attempt to register both phones. Then compare the two registration attempts and see what's different. If you decide to share anything back on this email, please be sure to post everything (except for passwords). Is it possible someway to clear the HLR, databases etc and be sure to<br>
