[asterisk-users] Caller Presentation Confusion

Both my PRI and SIP providers allow me to set CallerID. This is not the problem. Doing extensive debugging of libpri is what lead me to the CALLERPRES issue in the first place.

With options set "correctly" my specified caller ID shows on both PRI and SIP provider calls.
