Honestly I would try and get your JACK configuration working with a more 
stable/supported channel driver such as chan_sip. The Google Talk integration 
may or may not work, depending on the scenario, but because you're using two 
technologies that are not heavily developed in Asterisk, it might be hard to 
tell which side is failing you.

Looking through Mantis I do see an open issue[1] about chan_gtalk and app_jack 
not playing nice together, which may or may not be part of your problem.

Like I said, I'd start with a more stable channel driver such as SIP so you can 
be reasonably confident that the problem is in only one technology.
