[asterisk-users] asterisk-addon 1.6.1 problem

I follow it to set [readhost.asterisk] and [writehost.asterisk] and
extconfig.conf sippeers =>
mysql,readhost.asterisk/writehost.asterisk,sipfriends. However the
error message still existed.  Can you give me an example of
res_mysql.conf and extconfig.conf?
