Well, I installed gsm:

ls /var/lib/asterisk/sounds/en/conf-getconf*
/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/en/conf-getconfno.gsm
/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/en/conf-getconfno.ulaw
/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/en/conf-getconfno.wav

but same result :(
