[asterisk-users] DTMF on iax channel is not interpreted by asterisk

The problem turned out to be related to several bugs in iaxclient with 
alsa support. The softphone was unable to open the audio device and 
that seemed to cause problems with sending DTMF. Definitely not an 
asterisk bug.
