Is this a new install or a new problem?
If it is a new problem, what has changed?
If it is a new install, I would not rule out the provider, the more
"historic" may or may not be a good thing. Describe the audio when it
is poor, popping, clicking, hissing?
Have you tried running a debug on the spans?
Thanks,
