	Of course this will only work is there are no on line agents in the
queue.  If your agents are busy then the caller will have to wait until
one of them is free (this is the purpose of the queue).  You can have a
timeout so if your agents do not answer after a while you can drop the
caller from the queue and send them to voicemail or to an operator.
