[asterisk-users] MOH With Asterisk Controlled Transfers

I've finally worked out how to use Asterisk assisted transfers, from features.conf, with # and *.
 
Question: With an attended transfer, while the the transferring party is announcing the original caller to the new party, the original party does not hear music on hold. How can we enable this?
