[Asterisk-Users] bounty partners and/or possible coder? queues.conf ackcall and pre-ack announce

Is there anyone else out thee that sees a need for an ackcall=yes in
queues.conf instead of just agents.conf?

I want to have a queue that is hardcoded to dial certain channels
instead of agents.

Some of the channels are cell phones that can occasionally go straight
to VM (as in phone powered off)

Right now the only solution appears to be agentcallbacklogin and
ackcall, but the flexibility is limited as it turns ackcall on or off
for all queues the agent is a member of.

Sure would be nice to have pre-ack announce (closed patch on the bug
tracker- never made it?) and ackcall directly in queues.conf to bypass
the whole agent functionality when not needed.

How much work is this? Anyone will to contribute to a bounty? Anyone
that can code it?
