I used to have similar problem; after spending a lot of time playing around the inerrupts with no luck, i simply went to BIOS and disabled all USB and other unused ports (my * server is dedicated one). My X100 clone also had a conflict with my ethernet card (TDM based? ), and I had to replace it with another one (Changing PCI ports or interrupts didn't help at all). Since then, i have no problems. * is running very smooth.
Instead of fighting with interrupts, its lot easier to disable unused hardware ports - especially USB ones. It saves you from a lot of frustration.
