Nir,
For me works with the noapic and acpi=off argument at grub (i use grub
instead of lilo). If still doesn't work try to disable it from the BIOS.
Also try to disable the Hyper-Threading technology from BIOS, i've read that
some times Hyper-Threading doesn't help.
