My Cisco 7960G is no longer a killer doorstop! It's now a fully
functioning phone! Very cool. Thanks to all.
Turns out that the 7.X series firmware does include a .loads file. It
looks to be a loader file used by Cisco's Application Manager to
identify and load the firmware version.
