After re-reading the comments in the callerid pages, I saw a remark in
regards to setting pridialplan & prilocaldialplan to unknown to get
caller id working in italie.

It turned out to get outbound callerid working with (quadbri) kpn isdn
bri line prilocaldialplan needs to be set to unknown. It was at local.

I'm still trying to find out what the diffrence is, but at least it works.
