[Asterisk-Users] how to loop E400P card to test ?Any help will be appreciated.

One circuit must be cpe and one circuit must be net

ZTTOOL is your friend here

perhaps try a non pri connection first and set one side as fxs and  
the other as fxo

You should also set one line to supply the timing and the other to  
receive the timing
