[Asterisk-Users] adit 600 fxo ports immediately "answers" outgoing calls (even if not connected to line)

I'm not for sure, I know my x100p card is somehow able to
tell asterisk when there is no dialtone.  I just assumed that
asterisk would be able to detect the dialtone or lack of
dialtone and try a different line if no dialtone was detected.
