You need to modify the DialPlan parameter to do that. Info on how to
configure it is in the firmware package. Would probably contain the
string '1..|[02_9]......' or something like that (untested). It is
parsed from left to right so if you start the string with those keys
matching your pattern those should take preference over everything else.
