So this won't fix your underlying problem, but will keep your server 
working OK for the time being until you can reboot:

Change your dial out from Zap/g1 (or whatever group) to Zap/r1.  Asterisk 
will use the channels in round-robin, so will only hit the stuck channel 
one time in 24.
