I have the spa2000. I have the latest firmware and as far as the
functionality of the phone is concerned, it works perfectly when not over
heating.

What model do you have SPA-2000 or 3000?
I had SPA-3000 but after upgrading the firmware and uploading the
configuration file I couldn't make it to work.
I couldn't get any tech. support from Sipura or the reseller.
