Are you using faststart? H245 tunneling? Neither?

The last two options you need to look for an H.245 message called 
TerminalCapabilitySet. Is RFC2833 mentioned there?

I have no idea how faststart and RFC2833 work with each other, 
since I've never used 2833 in combination with H.323.
